For any of you looking to get into flipping or house hacking here in Denver, feel free to stop by this Saturday the 10th to see one of my latest projects. I'm just getting started on it, so come on by to compare notes or just to get an idea of what a project is like. Compare your numbers to mine to see how everything adds up.
