I am a new investor with 1 property and am looking for an experienced tax preparer.  I would appreciate your recommendations, who they are and why you recommend them.

Hi @Gio Fuentes where are you from? Maybe you should post another message that you're looking for CPAs or tax planners in your local area as some may have key words setup to see messages like this.

@Gio Fuentes I do know a tax preparer, (DM for contact details) but with 1 property it isn't super difficult to do on your own with TurboTax.
