My wife and I live in victorville ca, nice area. Extremely nice community. 4 rooms, 2 restrooms, so should I house hack? mortgage is 1600 month. rents for a room can go for 500$ month. Should I house hack

3 rooms -$500. each

-$1500 month. !? What should i Do.
