Looking for financial advisor with real estate expertise

I'll soon be able to pull some cash out of my 401k and I would love to invest it in real estate (out of state turn key through self directed IRA). When I tried to figure out myself how that works, I quickly realized that it is more complicated than I first thought and I'll probably need the help of a financial advisor that can help me to setup everything. Can anyone recommend someone in Oakland or SF that can help me with that?

Simon

@Simon Stahl be careful of the sharks in the water... you just put a ton of chum in the water.  Take the time and go to a few of the local meet ups and look people in the eye and ask for references.  @Johnson H. has a big meet up in Milpitas that attracts many helpful people that might be able to help you without taking a fee.  Just buy them beer and pizza and take a ton of notes.
