Investing in Sacramento CA

I'm going to start investing in sacramento and I'm looking to connect with lenders, flippers, landlords, property managers and contractors in the area. Please message me and let's get to work.

I'm looking for long lasting working relationships and great partnerships.

My goals are to fix and flip for the short term and buy and hold multi family rentals for the long term.

Hey @Edy Lagares. I own a local independent mortgage brokerage in the Sacramento market. We have wholesale relationships with over 60 lenders/banks and we align our clients with the best product, lowest rate, with $0 broker fees. We also pay your appraisal fee 👍🏻
