It would be great to actually hear from people renting in the LA metro area regarding the affordability issues,  income keeping pace with investor projected rent growth rates and trend in housing prices. Renters feeling the pinch may not necessarily share similar investor enthusiasm it seems or do they? Obviously  would be great to keep the discussions civil and somewhat related to the subject matter.

Hi again @Account Closed,

My goal is to have 1000 or more front doors, $750,000-$1,000,000 in cash flow each year, 50 million or more in total RE and over 15 million in net worth.  After 6 years of buying my first rental property in San Diego, I have $120,000, in October increasing to $160,000 cash flow. 6 million in RE and 2.5 million in net worth.

If a lowly paid teacher with a combined W2 family earnings of $80,000 a year can do this, anybody can.
