How do you overcome the guilty feeling of working too hard?

I'm struggling with the guilty feeling of focusing too much attention on work. All I think about, to others I'm sure it seems like all I care about is the success of my business. I don't sleep at night, but I'm excited to start the next day, each and every day. My wife seems fine with it, but I just feel I'm unable to focus on anything else but talking about work! I don't feel that I'm able to relax or spend time with her like I feel I should be. How do others deal with this feeling? Suggestions?
