When did you start to feel "real" as an investor?
I currently have two quads within a couple blocks of the beach in San Diego, and I still don't feel like I'm "real" enough to call myself an investor. Anyone else in the same place? For those of you past that, when did you start to feel "real"?

I think it's real when it consumes you and you realize the possibilities are limited only by the boundaries you set. No one can put a number on that. One person can be content with 10 doors as a success when the next person needs 100 doors to feel success. For me it was real when I bought my 1st place and realized what I was capable of.
