Every time someone asks me what I do for living I give different answers depending on the individuals and circumstances since I am a Realtor, record producer and Real estate investor. I am just wondering what other fellow investors wearing multiple hats do in this situation.

Thanks for sharing it!!!!

I make paper airplanes out of Loan Applications, staple my business card to the nose, and run around throwing them at people as they exit elevators.

My quiver holds approximately 25 Loan Application Aerial Delivery Devices.

Only been arrested twice, and not a single eye permanently damaged.
