Looking for any tips/info on moving to florida and continuing my real estate journey!

Hey BP! Im currently planning on relocating to the tampa florida area end of the year, ill have a decent W2 job when i move and plan on doing side work as well. i currently have an active STR in st pete. Im looking to grow my portfolio with some more STRs/Flips and all that. I will be selling my house here in maryland and purchasing a new one to live in down there, as well as keeping my current rental going. is there any advice, strategies, tips that anyone has whos been in these shoes before that could help me on this journey?
