Good Day BP Community,

Along with my investment goals for 2025, I have a goal to scroll less and consume more meaningful content. Would you all share your favorite real estate investment focused books or other content? There is a lot to choose from out there so I am hoping to see what others have enjoy the most. Looking forward to your recommendations!

Thank you,

Sean

Quote from @Sean Quinn:

My new favorite is in my signature. :)

The best book I've read is "The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing" by Spencer Strauss. I believe it's out of print, but I'm sure you can find used copies. It was written before the days of YouTube, so it's not full of the common nonsense where authors sell a course, send you to their website for downloads, or write a follow-up with additional "secrets" they forgot to put in the first book.

Long-Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene was another good one.

Real Estate by the Numbers by J Scott and Dave Meyers is a good read. Because I benefit from more business oriented books I also like Who Not How and Gap and the Gain by Dan Sullivan and Ben Hardy.
