Greetings investors

Why many investors from all around the world are investing in Dubai ?

Mainly because of the below reasons:

- Tax Free Haven: No income tax, No capital gains, No property taxes.

- Freehold property ownership for international clients.

- Global Destination: Connecting Europe, Africa, and Asia, it's both a business and tourist hub, with more than 15M recorded tourists last year.

- Golden Visa: Dubai offers 10 years residency visa for the investor and their family when they buy a property above 550K USD.

- High Rental Yields: Rent in Dubai has seen a stable rise throughout the years, making it one of the best cities with rental yields that reach to 15% and more in some cases for short term rental, and average of 7% yearly rentals.

- Exclusive Projects: Newest trend to have luxury and branded residences with a global collaboration between developers and famous brands, like Bugatti, Armani, Nobu, Cavalli and many more.

- Virgin land: Dubai has still many plots and land to build, with governmental vision to double the population by 2030, with major mega projects on the pipeline.

These are some few points to highlight the Dubai market, there's much more to the topic and vast investment opportunities.
