Is time the fundamental of good negotiations?
Hey BP, based on personal experience, I believe time is a fundamental of good negotiating skills and by that, I mean giving the other side plenty of time and leeway to come with you. I have been of that persuasion all my career and it has worked really well. I though I would share a negotiation experience via a blog and invite your comments.
