Clearing the mind of distraction and doubt

Hope everyone is having a great start to 2014......

The last quarter of 2013 was rough, lots of personal things that threw my mindset and activities off track. There are things I go through to make sure my mind is ready to for the tasks I need to focus.

-declutter the self doubt and defeatist talk that is going on in your mind every hour of the day.

This is going in and reading positive books, showing a positive outlook for situations that come along, and seeking positive people to be around.

-providing selfless service each week to someone

I know this may seem out of place, but if I can find a way to serve those around me in some way, my focus is sharpened on what I need to accomplish. Does not have to be big, just something for someone else not expecting anything in return.

-Provide planning to succeed, removing "time syncs"

168 hours, that is a week for everyone, plan your time to accomplish what you need, remove what you do not. My time syncs involved TV that at some point became necessary in my mind. Look at your 168 and how your using it and make some changes for the better.

-Set goals for investing as well as personal accomplishments

For me I learned a long time ago I have a love/hate relationship with lists of things to accomplish. Growing up I hated the lists my Mom would put up Sat morning, as I grew I learned I am not an organised person so the lists came back.

Achieving personal goals with provide that boost of confidence to push further in your business goals as well.

Take the time each week to plan, breathe, focus and train yourself.
