The 5 F’s Life Framework!

Good mornin' guys! Today I wanted to talk about the "5 F's" life framework! I know many of you have heard of this concept and structure your lives around it, and many folks likely do something similar. I was first introduced to this concept a little less than a year ago from a few folks in one of the local REI masterminds!

The 5 F’s stand for:

1.) Family & Friends

2.) Fitness

3.) Faith

4.) Fun

5.) Finances

After I really began to focus on how I am balancing my life in these different areas, it really brought clarity towards the vision that I desire to create. I am still adjusting with a couple of these F’s, but it really was brought to the light after implementing going to the gym a few times a week. I felt a very noticeable shift in the way I felt and the mental clarity that came about that could now be used to serve me in other areas. Being drastically too focused in one or two of these areas will decrease the quality of the others significantly…

If you go all in on business all the time and don’t pay much attention to your spouse and/or children, you may be very successful, but at the cost of those indescribably valuable relationships that mean the most above all….

If you go all in on on fun and family and friends, your business will never grow and your fitness will decline….

This is an incredibly powerful framework that I have really enjoyed to implement into my life, into my vision, and weekly planning. Being fulfilled in these different areas contribute to the other areas.

What is the framework that you operate your life under? 🤔
