STR Performance near Sports Venue

Does anyone have performance experience with STR properties close to major sports venues. Specifically ones that host professional sports, concerts, and other major events that people attend throughout the year? Events like Final 4, Super Bowl, etc. I looking to understand the potential for these types of rentals.
