Suggestions for Investor Friendly Tax Preparers in San Francisco

Can anyone suggest an Investor Friendly tax preparer in the San Francisco Bay Area, in or around the Peninsula or San Mateo County?

@Darius Falahkhir I use Brigid Katselis at Seifer, Murken, Despina, James & Teichman, ALC on Lombard Street. She is very knowledgeable but not necessarily real estate focused. She helped segregate furnishings from the structure for depreciation on my condo rental without me having to ask for that so she is proactive. I think prices are pretty standard. $370 for my tax returns last year. 

I also bought the bigger pockets book: The Book on Tax Strategies for Savvy Real Estate Investors which I found very helpful last year on what questions to ask my CPA.
