Hi,

I'm interested in buying a first-time real estate(an SFH or duplex) in san diego. Do you have any recommendations on how to find local FHA lenders? Also, I'd love to network and create a team. Any tips on how I can network w/th real estate agencies, contractors, ..etc will be super helpful.

Thank you!
