looking for Short term (Air BnB) property managers in San Diego.

Dennis Nikolaev

I'm looking for advice on finding a short-term rental (air BnB) property manager.

I got a 6 condo portfolio in San Diego. All long-term rentals. 2 units just got vacated. I get a feeling that I'm losing out on the short-term trend.

Believe it or not - I actually work in China now, so I got to have a solid PM for this "Short term rental" experiment.

Any hints are appreciated.

Dennis

Hi Dennis, just a heads up and you probably already know this - San Diego will require a license to operate an STR beginning July 1, 2022. The new ordinance will limit allowable STR's to 1% of the home supply, here's some info: https://www.sandiego.gov/treas...

I work for a property management company for long term rentals, but I may be interested in managing an str on the side for experience. Feel free to message me if you’d like to connect!
