Hi all,

I'm curious to know what resources you use to keep up to date with what's going on in the San Diego market? I would like to better understand the different neighborhoods and cities around San Diego and would love your input on how you stay up to date with the market changes in your area.

Kind regards,

Ryan Martinez

Hi Jay,

We are excited to share the new version of Altos Market Trend reports with you.

While you will still receive the same valuable data you have grown accustomed to, the new format is much more user friendly. Check out the following tutorial to learn about the changes: New Report Format Overview

Some of the new features include:

  • One email, regardless of the number of zip codes you receive. Within the body of the email you will find a button for each zip code.
  • If you receive a SFR and Condo report for the same zip code, you will now be able to view both reports by clicking on the tab at the top on the report.
  • Larger graphs to help you better understand and articulate the market trends
  • Social media sharing is now a breeze. Just click on "share" up at the right and sharing is just one more click away.
  • Need a different location? Easy, use the search functionality built into the report at the top.
