My name is Vanna and I am new to REI. I am asking for some thoughts on how you would approach this scenario.

An investor wants to sell 2X fourplex from his portfolio. From the sale, do a 1031 Exchange into a SFM around his current territory. How would you approach this scenario and help this gentleman achieve their goal.
