Notes- Employment and looking for local companies

Hello BP Community,

I'm getting started in notes and wanted to get more experience by working for a company that deals with notes.  I'm not sure if there are companies that just do that, but I haven't been able to find anything with an internet search. I don't have the funds right now to purchase a note, but thought working for a company would speed up the learning curve versus doing it on your own. Also, would having a real estate license help save money on buying notes?  Any suggestions or companies you know that deal with notes in San Diego?  Thanks for the help, Josh
