Hey guys I’m new to Investing and after crunching the numbers it looks like I’ll be ready to buy my 1st rental property investment by the end of the year. I have no specific location in mind so Without any bias, I’m curious to know what everyone thinks is the best state/city to invest in right now. Taking all considerations into play
