new agent looking for broker to hang license

Hey guys,

So I recently got my license, and  I am looking for the best brokerage to hang it with.

I am interested in the training and courses along with a solid mentor i can assist with closing deals and learning from.  I'd also like the desk cost as low as possible.  Looking for an 80/20 split commission. This will be part time for now.

Anyway, I'd really appreciate some opinions from you guys, is there anything I'm not considering here? Any input is appreciated.

Thanks
