New to Little Rock Area & First Time Buyer
Hey Everyone,
I've been studying Real Estate Investing for a few years now and I'm ready to make my first purchase (mostly). I'm active duty military and just moved to the area. I will be here for a few years to come. I'm looking to buy a house I can live in now (and possibly rent rooms to friends ...I'm unmarried) and then keep the house as a rental property when I move to other assignments in the future.
Post military I would really like to do this full time and want to get some experience now!
I've been searching in the NLR and Sherwood areas! I think ~$150,000 3BD 2BTH is a good place for me to start. The biggest input I need is on location!! If you all have any advise for this rookie please share! All advise welcome.
Thanks!

Welcome to BP @Daniel Fresella, I like Sherwood and N LR.
Some parts of N LR can be patchy. mainly around 72118 outer area.
Did you consider buying Duplex or triplex, leaving in one unit and renting the rest?
