Are 55+ communities the right niche????
All, as I am trying to nail down my investing strategy thinking 55+ communities are the right place to go. I recently closed on one in a particularly hot area with limited options for that demo. Seems to make sense for me as boomers continue to age -- anyone share that strategy or have pluses/minuses?
