Who submits multiple offers?

I’m curious for everyone’s thoughts on using the strategy of submitting multiple offers on the same property, just offering different terms.

Have you used the strategy before?

Do you feel it is successful?

What value does it bring?

What types of creatives terms have you used in the offers?

    @Kenneth Rolfe

    I have tried it a couple of times (not a regular occurrence) and wasn’t too successful on those attempts. If the property is listed, a conversation with the listing agent to ascertain what is most important to the Seller is where I focus my attention. Give them the pieces they are looking for in the deal.
