Residential Assisted Living - Real Estate Only

Hello BP,

I wanted to see if there are any investors who might be interested in connecting and talking more about residential assisted living facilities.

I took Gene Guarino's course a few years ago since I live in Phoenix and I'm a Realtor and real estate investor as well. After completing Gene's training, my business partner and I wanted to focus just on the real estate since that's what we know, and didn't want to start a new career in healthcare.

We but the real estate and then long term lease it to a qualified operator with a long term lease, similar to a long term buy and hold. It creates great returns, gives the operator a place to conduct business, and gives residents a house to live in and be cared for.

Is anyone else doing a model similar to this? I'd love to speak with you if you are, or if you want to talk more about our deal structure. I always love connecting with other investors so feel free to comment and/or contact me and we can hop on a phone/zoom call to discuss more in detail.

Thanks,
Greg Junge
