I think there's a bubble in blockchain and its utility is massively overrated. There is a lot of liquidity for real estate investors right now. Debt is extremely cheap - I talked with someone who got 1.85% fixed for 30 years on an investment loan the other day. There are people making a boatload speculating on coins and issuing/selling them, but on the whole it seems clear that very few of these tokens are being used as currencies or for their express purpose.
