19 Year old currently going to college and living in Minnesota... I am very interested in the concept of house hacking, and am currently saving every last penny I can to try and save up for my first deal. Wondering if anyone has any experience(s) doing this and would like to share any tips or things to avoid? Thanks!

I have had success in IA and MN house hacking. Currently I am living in St. Paul. Feel free to PM me, we can meet for coffee or a beer. The only beware I can say is don't trust anybody else's numbers. Always do your own math. Rent, Mortgage, taxes and Expenses.
