Hello,

I am currently exploring the idea of purchasing a property through an auction in San Diego California . Has anybody ever had experience with purchasing property through auctions? What are the pros and cons? Have any tips about how to go about this or what to watch out for? Are there any advantages or disadvantages for getting an apartment through auction?
