Quick question for Investors that have House Hacked.

Is there anyway to avoid living in one of the units, and being able to rent out all units to tenants.

Property is a duplex and i am not in the situation to live in one but it could be a great deal for the right price.

@Alex Dayes To get the 3.5 percent down payment you have to live there for a year and to not pay the capital gain tax when you go to sale you have to live there 2 of the last 5 years. You don’t have to live there you just usually have to put more money down and finding an extra tenant can be hard at times.
