Extracting cash flow from a self dircted IRA using LLCs

I am thinking about transferring my various IRAs into self directed IRAs to purchase investment properties. I would like to create an LLC that would "manage" these properties so that I can extract about 70% of the positive cash flow from the properties. Has anyone employed such strategies and has advice on how this can best be done?
