Multifamily Solar Lease Y/N

Hey guys,

Wondering what you would say if there was a company that would pay the entire price of solar to get installed on your multifamily building, and sells energy to your tenants for less than the utility company could, and pays you a share of the profits in exchange for roof space, would you or would you not let them do it and why?

Tyler Christensen I would say “Tyler is here on BP pitching his company and should just say he’s here on BP pitching his company”. Transparency is a wonderful thing...
