Hey guys I've rehabbed a property I bought subject to. Does anyone have any idea how long I have to wait to refinance the property into my own name or can I do it "whenever I jolly well please"? Thanks in advance for the help and input. BP community has been a big help for me getting off the ground with my real estate investing Thanks Jon

As soon as you find a lender who agrees to do a refinance. Call every single lender in your area, keep notes. Do not let them pull credit until you find the right lender.
