Market for wholesale deals

Hello So I have two properties that I am doing much due diligence on I'm talking about research every single day for the past two weeks now, everything from listing price to repair costs, taxes, holding costs, closing costs, even visiting with my real estate agent once a week, all the way to cash flow from the the two properties how much they will generate. Anyways my strategy in all this is to wholesale and find a motivated buyer or/ investor to purchase the property for a hefty take that property produces After Repair and of course take my share of the deal as well like a finders fee. So basically what I'm asking is if anybody has had experience with this type of deal or any wholesale experiences I would like to read about it, as well as anybody's thoughts on what I'm planning.
