How Do You Handle Taxes/Insurance on a Land Contract?

I like the strategy, but have never done a land contract...I am ok on the establishing the terms to make the deal work....with the exception of taxes/insurance. Would these be my responsibility? Or could the owner retain existing policy (they still have an underlying lien on the property)
