Getting into contact with people who inherit homes?

Does anyone have a good strategy on getting into contact with people who just inherited estates, etc.? I have a situation and I am trying to get the contact information for the inheritor.

My thought is that if you send mail to the property address, whoever is handling the estate will either be picking up the mail or having it forwarded.

You have properties and record owner names but need to skip trace to locate.

1) Free online resources: try searching owner by name in Google, etc.

2) Social networks - try FACEBOOK others.

3) Interview subject oroperty neighbors

4) Paid and Subscription based skip trace apps

5) Paid skip trace locating services and licensed private investigators

hey Rick, I have located multiple property's but I needed help and ideas on how to get into contact with the people who have inherited them. I have names but idk how to find email, phone #, etc. Any ideas would be great

@Jeremy Scott Are you asking how to locate (skip trace) people, how to build lists of "post-probate" distributeees who have inherited or are you asking about techniques on how to communicate with people that you have (or are trying to) contact?

If you say "all" you're asking for a course, so suggest you just pick one for this thread.
