Rehabs get lots of attention in the neighborhood. Do you use signs to capitalize on this?

I watch the people slow down to check out the progress of a project and think to myself why the hell am I not taking advantage of this? 

For me, I'm more worried about getting more deals I want more projects. Some type of sign that explains this project is underway and I'm looking for more houses to buy. Anyone have any examples they can share?
