Hi Westin,

I would say "systematizing" Property Management.  You can systematize everything from attracting tenants to screening tenants to retaining tenants.  I am in the process of revamping our Property Management Manuel.  We are building processes and forms for each stage of the process.  We love Rent Manager and this has helped create systems and processes for collecting rents, etc. You can also utilize this system to update tenant records, etc.

Hope this helps!

Liz
