Cerner Center

What are people's thoughts about investing in real estate around the new Cerner Center which will be completed in 2024. Seems like a good idea to get in now and I would think you would never have a problem renting a place out in the future. I am in for the long game and I was hoping people could give me some good reason why this isn't a good idea.

Many thanks.

Eric
