I want to buy houses and place section 8 tenants into them, where to start?

I want to start buying houses and placing Section 8 tenants in them, but I need some help figuring out where to start. Specifically, I'm trying to understand where the most outstanding vouchers are being distributed so I can target the right areas. I'm also curious about what the process looks like for other landlords who have gone through this. How do they get tenants in place, and how difficult is it really? I've heard there can be challenges with inspections and paperwork delays, so I want to get a better sense of what to expect and how to navigate those potential hurdles. Can anyone share their experiences or advice on how to make this process smoother?
