Help with creating Sub to or Seller finance options
Hello everyone, I am currently learning more about Subject to and seller finance deals. One thing that I'm struggling to learn is how to approach a seller about this. When I find properties in pre foreclosure, is that something that I mention to them, or are there better ways to approach a home owner that they are on pre foreclosure.
Thank you
