I’m a new investor and looking for leads. Just wanted to check for any sites where I can get pre- foreclosure leads and how can I got to seller to work out something.

There are plenty of sites to get the leads but let me ask you this.

How many other people do you think are using those same leads? How many others do you think are spending more on marketing those leads?

These are not rhetorical questions but things to consider so your not throwing money away.
