Sms blasting, need help

Hey everybody! just started my journey with real estate and decided to go with SMS blasting. It seemed easy before I created an account and tried to authorize it!  So it is one issue after another. Right now they are saying SMS blasting is illegal and we can not send massages before customer gave permission, which just doesn't make any sense. I will include the screenshot with the latest email. Will appreciate somebodies help and maybe some advice. Just don't have any person I know who was doing it. Thank YOU!
