Huntsville, AL/ North Alabama Current Market

To understand the current Huntsville, AL market you have to become a local market expert. This is where I come in. My name is Caroline Davis and I have been an agent in this area for over 25+ years.

I believe in being honest and forthright with my clients. The reality is at this time there is a shortage of quality multi-family units available for sale. When they do become available you must be prepared to act quickly and know that they will not be available at under market values. My team and I are always working to locate these properties before they are listed on the open market. Have you ever considered building or developing? For example, a patio home style neighborhood?

Do not dismiss the idea of investing in single family or turnkey homes. There is an influx of families moving to the area due to the economic growth.
