Hey Guys! I just wanted to invite everyone out to our monthly REIA meeting -

In this month's meeting we’ll be discussing several ways to find your next home run deal.

SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER - Auction.com will also be present to discuss buying foreclosures and bank owned properties through their online auction platform.

I'm excited to meet with new and familiar faces involved in Mississippi Real Estate. Come on out and network at our monthly Real Estate Investment Meeting.

MS Coast REIA Meetings are held at the offices of NextHome E-Realty located at 12373 Hwy 49, Suite 3, Gulfport, MS 39503 in the Planet Fitness Plaza.

@Hai Loc Sure there are some places that have been slow to develop, especially really close to the water, but that hasn't really stopped growth. The roads in down town Biloxi (the area you're describing) have been being worked on for quite a while now, so many people have relocated or settled in other areas so that they don't have to drive on dirt roads every day.

Little tidbits like this are really important to know if you plan on investing in any area outside of your primary market. One street can make as much of a 50% difference on the purchase or sale price.
