We are expanding and also adding a new story to a townhouse in Georgetown and need an investor-friendly HVAC contractor to do all the duct work and install another unit 

can you recommend a good one with reasonable prices?

It's in Georgetown....no one is going to quote you a reasonable price. Your going to pay 10% more than if it was on the east side of Rock Creek Park, and even over there it is going to be 10-15% higher than if it was in the suburbs
