Multifamily Property Manager Recommendations in Newport News VA

Hello Bigger Pockets family! 

I have an accepted LOI on a multifamily property in Newport News, VA and am trying to lock in a property manager for the property (16 units). I had a property manager I planned to work with south of the tunnel, but they do not provide services north. I have done research and spoken to a couple companies, but wanted to see if there were any investors out there who own multifamily on the peninsula that have a property management company they recommend?

Greg Garrett is the powerhouse in that area, from what I am told. I dealt with him on a referral client some years back. Very professional and truly the big fish in that area.

I use Greg Garrett with my SFH since 2014. Have had only one real issue with them and Greg called himself from the golf course :) to assure us it was being handled. Plan to use them with our future rentals as well.
