Northern Virginia Accountant

I saw a few similar posts from years before, but didn't see any recommendations. I am looking for an accountant in Northern Virginia (Fairfax County) to review my books and help me prepare my taxes.  This year will be my first with rental income, so I want to make sure I have everything correct (or at least well documented).  Particularly, I need help with parsing out the basis for depreciation.

@Daniel Brandt my CPA is Jason Osser. He has helped me for the last few years. I have my own architecture business, properties here in the states, and South America and he has been able to make a sense of it all.
